On December 12, 2024, SIA "BGM Industry" signed a contract (No. 17.2-5-L-2024/729) with the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia under the program "Support for Process Digitalization," implemented with funding from the Recovery Fund.
The project's goal is to enhance SIA "BGM Industry's" production efficiency and quality control by digitising and automating core processes. Within the framework of the contract, the company plans to acquire and implement a new computer numerical control (CNC) milling machine with software, ensuring a more precise and efficient manufacturing process.

On August 14, 2025, SIA "BGM Industry" signed an agreement (No. 9.2-17 -L-2025/1573) with the Latvian Investment and Development Agency within the framework of the program "Support for Process Digitization," which is being implemented with the help of financing from the Recovery Fund.
The aim of the project is to increase the production efficiency and quality control of SIA "BGM Industry" by digitizing and automating basic processes. Under the agreement, it is planned to implement a new standardized resource management system (ERP), thus ensuring a more accurate and efficient production process.

Automated Bar Feeding for CNC Lathe
The project aims to enhance production process efficiency, accuracy, and the level of digitalization by acquiring and integrating a fully electric, digitally controlled bar feeding mechanism for a CNC lathe. The new solution will automate the bar feeding process and integrate it with the CNC control system (Fanuc), replacing manual material feeding and setup.
The project is implemented under the LIAA program “Support for Process Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence Solutions” with the support of ERDF funding. Contract No. 9.4-1-L-2026/37.
